Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Il-Fjamma products! However, if you are not completely satisfied, please review our returns policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on candles or wax melts.

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.
